Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our workplace. The ideal candidate will play a key role in creating an efficient, positive, and productive office environment. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations and administrative support.

  • Maintain and manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.

  • Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, and service providers.

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.

  • Serve as a point of contact for internal staff and external vendors or visitors.

  • Assist in onboarding new employees (e.g., desk setup, office tour, equipment).

  • Manage calendars, meeting schedules, and event planning as needed.

  • Implement and maintain office policies and procedures.

  • Support HR, finance, or other departments with administrative tasks.

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the office.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Manager, or similar role.

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office management software.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently, ability to multitask.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree, 2+ years work experience

  • Experience with project management tools or HR/Accounting systems (e.g., QuickBooks, Gusto, Asana) and Microsoft Word and Google Works
